You Know, don't you
So I was at a christmas party at my 90 year old grandmother's care home and this other old lady takes notice of me, comes over and takes me in hand and then looking me dead in the eye says
"I can tell by the look of you. You know, don't you"
It wasn't phrased as a question, her tone was earnest, and her gaze was intense.
It was because of the company around me, I laughed it
off and replied "I know what?" but I knew, and she just walked away.
